No. “HRArts” contains a double meaning. At launch the consultancy focused on arts organizations in part because of the founder’s connections with and passion and appreciation for the performing arts. But from the beginning its name also has reflected the art-related components within HR: practice, discipline, creativity, individual expression, and performance. Consequently, HRArts works on a project-by-project basis with all types of organizations, regardless of size, profit or nonprofit status, or industry type.
HRArts’ fees vary because its project-based works range in size, scale, and complexity. Generally, fees are computed based on an hourly rate and the hours devoted to a project. Before HRArts begins any project, it will discuss fees with you, including the hours estimated to complete your project.
HRArts’ project-based work involves significant interaction with and input from the client. Such interaction ensures that HRArts’ finished product meets, or better yet exceeds, the client’s expectations because it reflects the client’s values and meets its unique needs.
